Trilight Security, a dynamically growing MSSP, is looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst, to join our team. Starting or continuing the career of SOC operator you will play a critical role in operation of our SOC and ensuring security and privacy of our customers’ data. You will be acting in the first line of defense against potentially malicious events in IT environments of our customers escalating confirmed incidents to our professional service team and customers’s cybersecurity staff. You will participate in developing use cases, running log records, preparing incidents reports etc.


  • Middle or Senior level security analyst.
  • Profound knowledge of information security principles, techniques and technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with cybersecurity products and services.
  • Experience within a 24/7 incident monitoring environment.
  • Experience with the SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, MS Sentinel etc.).
  • Experience with the vulnerability assessment process, tools (Nessus, Netsparker etc.).
  • Experience with the AV and NGAV tools (Symantec, CrowdStrike, CarbonBlack etc.).
  • Practical experience in Incident response.
  • Experience with both cloud and enterprise experience.
  • Upper-intermediate English and good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good self-organization and discipline.
  • IT security certifications.
  • Experience with the application control tools.

  • Perform various security-related tasks according to standard operating procedures.
  • Actively detect and identify security vulnerabilities customers’ IT environments and determine the required response steps.
  • Participation in creating new methods for detection and triage.
  • Check customers’ IT environments the new threats and suggest their mitigation plans.
  • Deal with improvements and/or automation of existing SOC tools or suggest new tools.
  • Act as a first point of contact for security issues with customers’ authorized contact.

You will play a critical role in finding customers among SMBs and large enterprises based in EU and wishing to strengthen their overall cybersecurity level by utilizing Trilight Security Managed Security Services.


• Scale sales for Trilight cybersecurity and IT services to SMB and large enterprises in EU.• Identify and follow the route to market opportunities.• Understand business & technical uses cases that increase interest to MSSP services.• Capture customers’ minds and wallets through showing undisputed advantages of Trilight services.• Regularly with other sales representatives and share insights on new customers’ needs, trends and requirements.• Interact with marketing team to align and adjust go-to-market strategy and tactics.


While candidates are not required to have all of these experiences/skills, the ideal candidate skill set will include:

• Experience in working with managed security services and security practices. Understand the MSSP business model.• Strong background in working with MSSPs in the technology areas of network and cloud security.• Knowledge of Splunk, McAfee, Fortinet, Symantec, Tenable security products.• Excellent intellectual and analytical skills – ability to structure problem statements. Prior management consulting, business development, or strategy & planning experiences are desired.• Experience in field sales roles (e.g. direct, channels).• Understanding of relationship development and influence in highly structured environments.• Financial aptitude with excel business case modeling and/or budget development.• Comfortable in a remote team working environment; self-motivated and results-oriented.• Strong communication and presentation skills – an ability to graphically represent new ideas and concepts to executive leaders.• Report directly to the CEO.


• BS/BA or equivalent in a related field. MBA is preferred.
