What Is the Trilight MSP Partner Program?
The Trilight Security MSP Partner Program is a white-label cybersecurity program built for managed service providers who need to sell and deliver security services without building a security practice from scratch. Our partners keep the clients, the contract, the invoice, and the brand. We supply the security operations centre, the certified analysts, the offensive security team, the tooling and the compliance expertise, and we operate behind you. Our partners’ clients see their logo on every report, every dashboard, and every email.
Who the Program Is For
Most of our partners come to us at one of three moments.
- MSPs with no security offering yet. Their clients are being handed cyber insurance questionnaires, supply chain audits and NIS2 obligations, and they are asking MSPs what they are doing about it. The answer should be prompt.
- MSPs with a partial offering that is not holding up. They resell an EDR, run scanners, but they understand that a stack of tools is not a security service. Nobody is watching the alerts at 03:00 on a Sunday… which is not good enough.
- MSSP with some gaps. They might have a SOC but no offensive security team, or they have pentesters but no 24/7 monitoring, or they are turning away compliance work because they cannot staff it.
The program is designed to be entered at any of these points and to grow with our partners.
Why MSPs Do Not Build This In-House
Two gaps explain almost every white-label partnership we sign.
- The first is people. Certified SOC analysts, penetration testers and compliance consultants are scarce, expensive and slow to hire. A Tier 1 analyst takes months to recruit and weeks to burn out. Covering 24/7/365 properly is a challenge.
- The second is tooling. A production security stack means a SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability scanners, attack surface monitoring and compliance tooling — plus the engineering time to integrate and tune all of it. For a mid-sized MSP the licensing alone is a five- or six-figure annual commitment before a single analyst is paid.
Our partners get the outcome without either bill or with much smaller bills.
Our Offering
External Attack Surface Management

Continuous discovery and monitoring of everything your clients expose to the internet — forgotten subdomains, shadow IT, exposed services, expiring certificates and misconfigurations — before an attacker finds it first.
Breach Intelligence

Ongoing monitoring of the dark web, breach dumps and criminal marketplaces for your clients’ credentials, domains and data. One of the easiest security conversations an MSP can open, and one of the fastest to prove value.
Key Features
Your Brand Everywhere: Reports, dashboards, certificates, and client-facing email all carry your logo, your domain, and your document standards.
One Partner, One Contract: SOC, offensive security, attack surface management and GRC under a single commercial agreement instead of six vendor relationships.
EU Delivery: An Estonian company operating under EU law, with delivery options that keep your clients’ data inside Europe.
Scale Up and Down: Add and remove client tenants as your book changes. No headcount, no infrastructure.

Why Partner with Trilight Security
- One partner for the whole security practice. Most white label providers sell you a SOC and stop. We run red team, blue team and GRC in the same company, which means your penetration test findings feed your monitoring rules, your attack surface data feeds your vulnerability programme, and your compliance consultant has read the pentest report. Your clients get a joined-up service instead of four disconnected vendors wearing your logo.
- European base, European rules. Trilight Security OÜ is an Estonian company, ISO 27001:2022 certified, operating inside the EU regulatory perimeter. Forrester's research on the European managed security market has repeatedly identified European data sovereignty and near-shore SOC delivery as decisive selection criteria for European buyers. If your clients are subject to NIS2, DORA or GDPR, an EU-domiciled security partner is not a marketing point — it is a procurement requirement. We also serve partners in the UK, the USA and Canada.
- Strict channel protection. We do not sell around you and we do not approach your clients. Engagements run through your project manager or supervisor. Where direct contact is needed, our specialists work from email accounts on your domain and are presented as part of your team.
- Margins that justify the practice. Partners typically work in the 30–60% margin range on white label engagements. Our partner pricing is agreed beforehand, so you can build your service packages and price list before you sign anything.
- Pre-sales support, not just delivery. Scoping calls, estimates, proposal input and technical answers during the sales cycle are part of the programme. Our specialists will join your client calls when you want them there and stay invisible when you do not.
- A real growth path. Because we also run outstaffing and dedicated team services, partners are not locked into permanent dependency. As your security revenue matures you can move certified Trilight specialists into a dedicated team model, and eventually onto your own payroll. Very few white label providers can offer this, because their business model depends on you never leaving.
- Certified people, established methodology. Our testers hold OSCP, OSCE, CREST, eWPTX, eMAPT and CEH. We work to OWASP, NIST, PTES, SANS and CREST methodologies, or to yours if your clients require it.
- Recognised delivery. Honourable Mention on MSSP Alert's Top 250 MSSPs for 2025. Top 5 penetration testing service providers for 2025 by TechTimes. Top cybersecurity and IT services company in Estonia 2023–2026 by Clutch.
Our Benefits
How the Partnership Works
From First Call to First Client
- Discovery and fit. We look at your client base, your current stack, the compliance pressures your clients face and where your revenue gaps are. We tell you honestly which services will sell into your base and which will not. No commitment at this stage.
- Commercial setup. We agree the service scope, partner pricing, SLAs and escalation model, and sign the partnership and confidentiality agreements. You get the rate card you will build your own price list on.
- Branding and enablement. We configure report templates, dashboards and certificates to your design guidelines, set up communication under your domain where required, and brief your sales team on how to position and price each service. You get the collateral, the objection handling and the technical answers.
- Pilot client. We onboard your first client together. For monitoring services this means scoping, asset discovery, agent deployment, SIEM tuning, baselining and a supervised run in test mode before normal operations. For project services it means a scoped engagement with your PM in the loop throughout.
- Scale. New client tenants are added as you win them. Services are added as your practice matures — most partners start with one service and are running three or four within a year.

FAQ

The MSP owns the client relationship, the contract and the invoice; the provider supplies the security operations centre, the specialists and the tooling, and remains invisible to the end client. It is also referred to as private-label or channel-only security delivery.
